Blue Sage is also known as "Grandmother Sage”. It has a lighter white sage and floral aroma. Blue Sage is known for protection, healing, and purification. Sage has been used throughout history to promote healing, wisdom, health, strength, and to cleanse negative energies. Sage is also used to kill harmful bacteria, improve sleep, alleviate anxiety, and stress.
 
You can pull apart Sage or burn the bundle. To burn Sage light the tip of the Sage and slowly rotate the flame for about 15 seconds to create a nice ember then gently blow out. It is recommended to use a Abalone Shell or other fireproof bowl to collect the ashes. You may open a window if needed. Sage will naturally burn out on it's own and you can relight at your pleasure.
