Thank You Body

Thank you legs for carrying me even though at times I place to much strain on you, you never let me down as my feet hold me steady and connect me to the ground. With every stride I take you carry me through as how could I get anywhere without you? Thank you, womb, for you are the center of my womanhood, as you give life and rebirth me many times over as I process life. For you connect me to the universe, and all my soul ties. You are the essence of my womanhood, and femininity. Thank you stomach for you digest often times to much unnecessary stress, you fluctuate with unease but you always remain stable even when I feel uncertain, I become willing, proud, and able. You sort through my mess, keeping what I need while discarding the rest. Thank you heart you never skip a beat although I place pain within you, you never become weak as my wants and needs sometimes don’t align with your rhythm. For you continue to give me life, and encourage me to open up and share your wealth you are the connection to my most Spiritual Self. Thank you arms who stretch as wide as they can to hold all that I am. For when I want to keep holding onto what I have outgrown, or no longer need you eventually let go as this is what's best for me. For you hold me when I feel as if I’m alone in this world in your embrace I always feel safe at home. Thank you brain for you encourage me to process what I see, hear, taste, feel, and smell. For you allow me to function as you are the life force that connects all my parts as my veins, push life through to all of my organs. For you are the masterpiece within me as you create miracles and do wonders each second of all my days. You keep me together even when I feel lost, where would I be without you what could I ever think of? For you are my body, my source of pleasure and delight. For you are the one whose there for me and gives me the ability to live life. May I cherish you always and hold you in the highest of regards. For you are my body, and my one true love.
