Structure and Routine

Structure allows way for a routine as a routine supports structure. Developing a routine requires discipline and change in order to attain any goal. One cannot be done without the other as both serve the basis for a new foundation. It's not about building upon an old foundation it is about creating a new structure, and letting go of what doesn’t work, is outdated, and expired. It's time to delete and start by keeping only what is in alignment with the destination. There will be moments initially when the routine waivers as the discipline needed is still in formation, however excuses can't continue if a goal is to be achieved. Taking ownership and making the necessary adjustments will enhance the progress towards a concrete foundation without cracks, which will create a sturdy structure. As routines continue to form, they will require less prompting as they become a natural daily function. Organizing, planning the week or month(s) in advance as timelines are created, scheduling time for self-care and social interactions makes the process more adaptable. Most importantly will and self-motivation will make the transition more seamlessly. If the goal is desired then adjustments and adaption have to hold more value than distractions.
