Stop The Act

You may be used to acting like you can manage everything but handle it all because you appear to do it all. Yet you know you need some uninterrupted me time. It's time to get in touch with who you are, where you are, and where you want to go. We can become so busy in the rush of life and our daily responsibilities and relationships that we forget we have a responsibility and relationship with ourselves to cultivate and nurture. We forget self-love, self-actualization, and self-care are necessary components of our self-esteem, self-value, and self-worth. It's time to stop acting as if you're a robot and maneuvering to a lifestyle that no longer includes living for you as all you do is for "them." No one makes you do it, but you feel compelled to keep at it because you've grown comfortable neglecting yourself. You grew comfortable acting as if you don't get tired, stressed, overwhelmed, burdened, and discontent. You've disconnected from yourself, and now it's time to reconnect. Stop the Act! It's long overdue.
Peace, Joy, Love & Light
