What do you do in the stillness? Do you become so uncomfortable that you have to find something wrong? Are you afraid of it being quiet? Do you force yourself to find something wrong? When there are times that nothing seems to be happening, everything has gone as planned. Why do we develop the need to find something to occupy our time, use our energy, or find fault with. Stillness is a time to breathe, a time to relax and to practice gratitude. For some experiencing stillness may not occur as frequently as others, however its how we maximize the time we have with being still and calm. This respite can go a long way as we experience rejuvenation and cleaning of our being. Through stillness can come clarity if we allow ourselves to settle in comfortably. The next time life seems to be going right and the feeling of being overwhelmed, anxious, tired, or busy comes to a pause. Just breathe and allow a natural transformation to occur from the inside out. Be still, be calm, and be free.
