Sometimes, you need to be heard by someone encouraging you to feel safe. You become willing to be vulnerable, exposed, raw, and honest as you're courageous enough to remove the armor and the mask. Where you can reveal who you are, shedding fears, tears, pains, discomfort, anger, uncertainty, confusion, stress, and shame. Letting go of the need to hold on as releasing what's been pint up inside. You welcome and embrace laughter, comfort, joy, calmness, grace, certainty, love, hope, peace, relaxation, and truth. Sometimes all you need to do is open up.
