Nightly Routine

Do you have a routine before you close your else to sleep? If not then there is always tonight to develop a relaxing, and comforting routine to help you fall into a deep sleep. Light a candle, burn incense or sage to assist with enhancing your mood and environment. Take a bath and let your body release all tension, stress, and worries. Massage your skin with your most beloved fragrance oil, lotion, or butter. Turn off the television and play soft music, nature sounds, or relaxation melodies. Read a chapter in a book, journal your thoughts, or meditate. Give yourself at least an hour each night to engage in your routine of unwinding, restoring, and rejuvenating your body. Take time to clear your mind, let go of today, and practice self-care, and self-love. Why not start tonight?
