Just Breathe

Sometimes all that's needed is a deep breath of fresh air. Spend time practicing deep breathing, breathing starting with your core. Breath slowly and steady in through your nose and out through your mouth. Take deep breaths when life gets complicated, when you feel frustrated, when you become overwhelmed, when stress seems to be wearing you down, when your anxiety is on the rise, and when you start to become angry. Just breathe in peace and exhale everything else. Feel what a difference deep breathing can make in your life. Do it as often as needed, do it anywhere, or just because. Breathe just breathe!
