Catch Yourself

It's at that moment when you catch yourself in the midst of panic. You realize who's in charge of your life, which isn't your circumstances. When you give your circumstances control over you, you lose sight of how you got to where you are. You didn't make it this far to be left alone, as this is where you belong. Don't let fear cause you to doubt all that you've grown to know. Don't let a lack of patience influence you to react with thoughtless haste. Don't let what you want overshadow what you need, as you've taken all the steps required while trusting your intuition and instincts. Spirituality, however you practice is an important aspect of how days develop by influencing all aspects of decision making. You can bask in the comfort of your Source as you wait patiently for guidance, or you can get caught up in your feelings and ego-based thoughts. If you believed in yourself enough to trust you to make it to this point, then there should be no going backwards. Life isn't about a do over when things don't go as planned, or a fast as you may want. Some steps require a longer stride. Take time to recenter yourself as often as necessary. Continue to catch yourself before diving deep into anything not meant for your good.
