Beyond Frustrated

Sometimes you feel that nothing else could occur, yet one more thing happens. You reach your breaking point as you just become consumed by frustration. It's okay to feel frustrated. Life isn't easy. However, it's what you choose to do after you acknowledge that you are frustrated, you acknowledge that you are overwhelmed, and you believe you are tired. You can either embrace the frustration or become consumed by it. So much so that you lash out at others, stop engaging in your regular activities, eliminate joy from your life and become bitter. Bitterness won't make your situation change, and you can decide to become better! You have a choice to acknowledge how you feel at the moment and strategize your next step in the right direction. What can you do to move beyond this temporary setback? What can you do to move towards living the life that you dream of living? What can you do that brings a smile to your face? It begins with one choice that can impact your direction, mood, interpretations, and interactions. Frustration happens, but it does not have to linger. The choice is always yours.
